Overall Good with a Caveat

I purchased this product with the intention of composting dog waste. However, what I did not realize until after purchasing and installing it is that dogs (such as mine) that are given a monthly worm and flea tick pill may **** the worms. I've contacted my vet for an alternative treatment and the vet did not have an alternative treatment. So, for now I am only using this product for food waste. It is incredibly efficient. But, because this product is intended to process dog waste, the compost is designed to break down into the soil and is not available to be harvested for spreading on plants. Also, the worms have pretty much disappeared. The only evidence that they are still around is the fact that it so efficiently processes the food scraps.
